When you contact us, we will take a few essential details so we can bring your loved one into our care. You do not need to have registered the death before calling. We are available around the clock.
2. Into Our Care
Your loved one will be brought to our funeral home where our team will care for them with dignity and respect. You are welcome to visit them in our Chapel of Rest whenever you feel ready.
3. The Arrangement Meeting
We will meet at a place that suits you, whether at our funeral home, your home, or over the telephone. We will discuss your wishes, talk about your loved one, and guide you through every option.
4. Paperwork and Legal Requirements
Your loved one will be brought to our funeral home where our team will care for them with dignity and respect. You are welcome to visit them in our Chapel of Rest whenever you feel ready.
5. Making the Arrangements
We take care of all the practical details: liaising with the crematorium or cemetery, coordinating with ministers or celebrants, arranging transport, ordering flowers, and keeping you informed throughout.
6. On the Day
Our team will be with you from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on being with your family and saying goodbye.
